Paul Beresford is a British-New Zealander dentist, a Conservative MP for Mole Valley in Surrey. During the media coverage of the parliamentary expenses scandal, it was revealed that Beresford designated his West London property (which includes his dental surgery) as his second home, allowing him to claim allowances of three-quarters of the running costs of the property from the taxpayer.
Paul Beresford generally voted against measures to prevent climate change, according to the They Work For You website.
Dorking & Horley is a new constituency in southern Surrey, much of it formed from the existing Mole Valley. Our present MP, Sir Paul Beresford, has never voted against the party whip and will retire at the next election. We're planning to launch our group mid-January and hope very much that people from adjoining constituencies will join us in developing relationships with election candidates.
